What is this form for? This form lets you request verification of your academic documents for your application with Educational Perspectives.
Which application reference should I enter? Enter the application reference provided by Educational Perspectives. It is required on this form and links your verification request to your application. Use your evaluator’s application reference, not your payment reference.
Which documents should I prepare? Prepare the documents marked with an asterisk in the Documents step. A signed consent form is always required: download the template provided, complete it, sign it and upload it. Proof of identity is requested according to the institution’s requirements. Every selected degree or transcript verification requires the corresponding document. All documents must be complete and legible.
Can I choose degree or transcript verification? The preselected options and mandatory choices depend on the rules of this pathway. You must choose at least one verification. If the institution does not process transcripts, only degree verification is available.
What if my country or institution is not listed? This pathway is limited to the countries configured for Educational Perspectives. Select the country where your institution is located, then search for its name. If you cannot find it, use the Contact us link at the top of the page before continuing your request.
How do I check the price and pay? The amount depends on the verifications selected and any applicable institution fees. Check the basket total before paying. Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may vary depending on your location. Your request is taken up after payment has been validated.
How can I track my request after payment? Sign in to MyVerifdiploma using the account used for your order. You can view your files and their progress. Keep your application reference and order confirmation for any follow-up enquiry.
Can I download the report when my file is completed? In this pathway, candidates see Completed once the verification has been closed. The report and detailed result are available to authorized administrators of Educational Perspectives. For questions about your evaluation or how the report is used, contact your evaluator.
